ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ ၁၅ ရက်နေ့တွင် မြန်မာ့စီးပွားရေးကဏ္ဍတာဝန်ယူမှုရှိရေး အထောက်အကူပြု ဌာန (MCRB)၊ အကူအညီပေးရေးနှင့်ပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ရေးအသင်း (AAR Japan)နှင့် ဂျပန် အသဲနှလုံး (Japan Heart) ပူးပေါင်း၍ MCRBနှင့်AAR Japan တို့ပြုစုထားသော “ မသန်စွမ်းသူများ၏ အလုပ်အကိုင်နှင့်ပတ်သက်သော ဝေပုံကျနှုန်းထားအပါအဝင် မူဝါဒဆိုင်ရာ အကြံပြုစာတမ်း” အပေါ်အခြေခံသော “မသန်စွမ်းသူများအတွက် အလုပ်အကိုင် အခွင့်အလမ်းမြှင့်တင်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲ”ကို Rose Garden Hotel ၌ ကျင်းပ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
လူမှုဝန်ထမ်း၊ ကယ်ဆယ်ရေးနှင့် ပြန်လည်နေရာချထားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြန်လည် ထူထောင်ရေးဦးစီးဌာန၏ တောင်းဆိုမှုဖြင့် မြန်မာ့စီးပွားရေးကဏ္ဍ တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိရေး အထောက်အကူပြုဌာန (MCRB) နှင့် အကူအညီပေးရေးနှင့် ပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ရေး အသင်း ဂျပန် (AAR Japan) တို့သည် ကုမ္ပဏီများ အနေဖြင့် မသန်စွမ်းသူများကို ပိုမို အလုပ်ခန့်အပ်လာရေးအတွက် တိုက်တွန်း အားပေးရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ ခိုင်မာသော မူဝါဒနှင့် စည်းမျဉ်းများ ချမှတ်နိုင်စေရေးအတွက် မူဝါဒပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ အကြံပြုစာတမ်းကို ပြင်ဆင်ရေးသားထားပါသည်။ ၂၀၁၅ခုနှစ် မသန်စွမ်းသူများ၏အခွင့်အရေး ဥပဒေ အခန်း (၁၀)ရှိ အလုပ်အကိုင်ကဏ္ဍဆိုင်ရာ ပြဌါန်းချက်များကို လက်တွေ့ အကောင်အထည်ဖော် လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရန်လည်း ရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။
၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ် ဒီဇင်ဘာလ ၃ ရက်နေ့တွင် ကျရောက်သည့် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ မသန်စွမ်းသူများနေ့၏ ဆောင်ပုဒ်မှာ “အတားအဆီးကင်းရေးမှန်းမျှော်လို့ မသန်စွမ်းသူများ၏ လူ့အခွင့် အရေးဖော်ဆောင်စို့” (The Future is accessible) ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ထိုနေ့ကို ကြိုဆိုသည့်အနေဖြင့် မြန်မာ့စီးပွားရေး ကဏ္ဍ တာဝန်ယူ မှုရှိရေး အထောက်အကူပြုဌာန (MCRB)၏ ဒါရိုက်တာဖြစ်သူ ဗစ်ကီဘိုမန်က မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်း များသည် မသန်စွမ်းသူများအား အလုပ်ခန့်ထား ခြင်းဖြင့် စီးပွားရေးအရ အကျိုး အမြတ်ရှိသည်ကို သိမြင်လာ၍ မသန်စွမ်း သူများအား အလုပ်ခန့်အပ်လာသောစီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်း အရေအတွက် တိုးတက် များပြားလာခြင်းကို ဂုဏ်ပြု ကြိုဆိုပါသည်။
The workshop was part of a joint action on responsible supply chains in six countries in Asia, including Myanmar, to promote responsible business conduct (RBC) with regard to decent work, environmental sustainability and respect for human rights.
ဤလက်စွဲစာအုပ်၏ရည်ရွယ်ချက်များမှာ မသန်စွမ်းသူများအတွက် အလုပ်မြဲအောင် ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း၊ အလုပ်ခန့်ထားမှု တိုးမြှင့် လာစေခြင်းနှင့် လက်လှမ်းမီသော အလုပ်အကိုင် အခွင့်အလမ်းများ ဖန်တီးပေးခြင်းများပြုလုပ်ရာတွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ အလုပ်ရှင်များအား အထောက်အပံ့ပေးရန် ရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။
MCRB and the International Labour Organization co-hosted a multi-stakeholder workshop on Promoting Employment Opportunities for People with Disabilities (PWDs) on 21 November, 2017 at Rose Garden Hotel, Yangon.
