MCRB has submitted comments on the latest draft of the Myanmar Investment Law. MCRB’s comments are focused on ensuring that a new Investment Law will underpins responsible investment, transparency and the protection of human rights.
This submission addresses the extent to which the Government of Myanmar is complying with its duty to protect against human rights abuses caused by or involving private sector actors.
