၄င္းစစ္တမ္းေမးခြန္းမ်ားသည္ က႑အားလံုးကို ၿခံဳငံုမိေစရန္ ေယဘူယ်ျပင္ဆင္ထားၿပီး ကုမၸဏီမ်ားႏွင့္ လူ႔အဖြဲ႔အစည္းမ်ားက ၄င္းတို႔ႏွင့္တိုက္ရိုက္သက္ဆိုင္ေသာ လူ႕အခြင့္အေရးဆိုင္ရာ သက္ေရာက္မႈမ်ားကို ခ်င့္ခ်ိန္ဆံုးျဖတ္ရာတြင္ ရင္းျမစ္အျဖစ္ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ရန္ (MCRB)ကထုတ္ျပန္ျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ေရနံႏွင့္သဘာ၀ ဓတ္ေငြ႔က႑၊ ခရီးသြားက႑ႏွင့္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ဆဲျဖစ္သည့္ သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္ႏွင့္ ဆက္သြယ္ေရးက႑ တို႔တြင္ အသံုးျပဳထားေသာေမးခြန္းမ်ားကို ဖယ္ထားလိုက္ပါသည္။

ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံအတြင္းရွိ စီးပြားေရးလုပ္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားတြင္ ဆက္စက္ေနေသာ အဓိကက်သည့္ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရး ကိစၥရပ္မ်ားကို မီးေမာင္းထိုးျပထားသည့္ အခ်က္အလက္အခ်ဳပ္ကို သုေတသီမ်ားက ျပဳစုထားပါသည္။ ဥပမာ အလုပ္သမား၊ ေျမယာ၊ အသက္ေမြးဝမ္းေၾကာင္း၊ လံုၿခံဳစိတ္ခ်ရမႈ အစရွိသျဖင့္။ ၄င္းအခ်က္အလက္အခ်ဳပ္မ်ား ကို မၾကာမီ ေဖာ္ျပေပးမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
